As workers and employers across the State are managing the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, this page is intended to help direct complaints and inquiries to a State of Illinois agency that is available to provide assistance.
Report a business that is not following the appropriate guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or ask questions about a business reopening:
