Title: Attorney Recruitment and Law Clerk Program Specialist

The Attorney Recruiting and Law Clerk Program Specialist [“Specialist”] manages the law clerk program and assists the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Professional Development, and Diversity in attorney recruiting, hiring, and retention. The Specialist is responsible for maintaining postings and advertisements for attorney positions both on our website, tracking attorney applications through the review and hiring process, managing the recruiting database, communicating with administration and department managers as well as candidates and new hires, scheduling and coordinating interviews and meetings, collecting and organizing pre-employment materials, assisting with new hire orientation, and participating in attorney and law clerk recruiting events. In addition, the Specialist coordinates all aspects of the law student clerkship program, including the screening of candidates, appropriate placement, managing students in the law clerk program, and performing exit interviews


This position requires a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must be very well-organized and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and be able to complete assignments in a timely and efficient matter while working independently. Attendance, the ability and willingness to travel as needed, and the ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees and the general public are essential functions of this position.

HOURS OF WORK: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
