Kevin O’Connell, left, Chief of Investigations for Attorney General Lisa Madigan, and Michael Hood, center, Deputy Attorney General of Madigan’s Criminal Enforcement Division, recognize George Norwood, right, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Southern District of Illinois, during the annual meeting of the Illinois Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force in Oakbrook Terrace. Norwood was honored for his aggressive prosecutions that have lead to incarcerations totaling more than 200 years in state and federal prison. O’Connell and Hood also recognized Glendale Heights Detective Chuck May, center, for his work in creating a new method of investigating subjects who use online networks to distribute child pornography. Joining them were Glendale Heights Police Chief Mike Marron, Sergeant Gary Harrison and Commander Steve Ewoldt.
