LOCATION: Springfield Office
SALARY: $26,436 - $31,500 annually
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs janitorial work by dusting, polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings and woodwork, sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting; cleaning and re-supplying restrooms. Picks up papers, trash and recycling, transporting materials to disposal area; sweeps and cleans entrance ways and walks. Cleans and maintains equipment by following manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance procedures, anticipates need for parts and replacement and placing orders for equipment. Document cleaning actions, noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring.
1. Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and six months experience in general janitorial work. Related work experience may be substituted for formal education.
Hours of Work: 3:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
